Was one of those workout attire all-day kinda days. 2 lite workouts a day, no gluten and mostly paleo diet has been my recent plan to help get my #thyroid health back in-order. Living with hashimotos doesn’t have to be a deal breaker! Anyone have any hacks or tips? LMK! Seems the key is stress management, work/life balance, mostly paleo diet, no gluten and keeping vitamin D and folate levels in check.
