Up and down and up and down and up down 🌊🌊🌊 Just some of the snatch waves & drop sets from today. A ton of work on these & clean and jerks today, and I am PUMPED about just the amount of work I was able to put in today. Idk if my hands will survive anymore, but at least most of my snatches look the same no matter what the weight is ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now time to prep for this hurricane & try and get as many workouts in as I can before it hits us here in Florida! @xendurance @2poodperformance
