LOL. Still going strong. It wasn’t planned. We didn’t realize we were shooting my album cover. It was a random photo out of many & nobody saw it (at first) but me. I immediately knew it was meant to be my album cover because it defined how I felt at the time/what I was trying to say through my album. The moment was fleeting & @gasparnoeofficial captured it.I wrote the song “Night Time,My Time” 3 days later (after the photo was taken) & that’s when I knew my album finished. The main reason it rubbed people the wrong way isn’t because it’s nude. It isn’t sexual (or sweet) & I look unhappy because I wasn’t happy. It would be fine if it was beneficial for everyone else etc. I found it amusing how much it bothered people because I didn’t consider it to be daring or as a ~stunt~ or whatever because I’ve never done anything for the sake of shock value. If it was...it would have been embraced more.My manager’s dad reads @Rolling Stone & sent this yesterday morning lol
