Most of all I am pissed about the fact that I am expected to be the “bigger person” all the time, to be graceful, to let everything go. Can I just once in a while act like a fucking teenager and just lose my shit and be petty and dramatic and childish? Ya. That’s what I want. To bang my fists and pout and be pissed out loud in every way. You might have noticed that I never call people out on here; and trust me when I say it’s not because of lack of people doing stupid shit. I consistently choose to take the high road even though I HATE IT. I don’t want the high road. I want the low road. To burn all the bridges. Say FUCK YOU loud and clear and have the whole world know what I know. But that’s when all the reasonable people in my life come in and tell me to wait, no, hold off, take a breath, roll out your mat. You’ll feel differently tomorrow. So I listen to them. I don’t know why but I do. And they are right. I always feel better tomorrow. ⁣ ⁣ A reminder, in case you need it (but hopefully you don’t): integrity and respect are still a core, integral part of BEING A GOOD PERSON. It’s not that hard.
