Not the prettiest of lifts today, but I survived! Millions (literally) of snatches on the minute this morning & this nasty complex & things in the afternoon. Wednesday is now stank day from now on Bc if you don’t put some stank on the lifts.... they’re not happening. Proud of my work today & DEFINITELY ready for a recovery day tomorrow @rehband @2poodperformance
