When my dad found my grandpa for him it was disturbing for more reasons than just the obvious. My dad constantly worries “when will Dementia and Alzheimer’s hit me and how bad will it be when it hits me” it runs so deep in our family it’s not a question of “if” but more of a “when”. My dad and I took care of my grandpa and it will cut right through you to see what this disease dose to someone. To see how a simple UTI can send a person with dementia in to madness, aggression and confusion. How one day that person will be completely normal functioning person and the next minute they look at you completely lost and confused and completely helpless. It’s flat out depressing! BUT I’m so incredible proud of my dad to decide not to be helpless, but by grabbing the bull by the horns and deciding to be proactive by using preventative medicine with @wildhealthmd . This gives him hope, and power to face this awful disease head on and doing a complete life style change! Wild Health has designed a whole system, diet and lifestyle change that will help him battle and prolong his quality of life. @wildhealthmd is giving him his best chance at life and aging with grace. Because anything that give my dad more time with me and my daughter is worth the work. Even my grandmother has jump aboard and has help support my dad with this huge change by also making huge changes as well.
