19 MONTHS POSTPARTUM
It’s been a while since I’ve made a Postpartum update but I’m still making small improvements every week and big ones every month. A lot of other countries still consider women to be in a recovery period for up to 1 1/2 to 2 years so it can take a while. I’m not gonna lie getting here has been hard and takin A LOT of consistency! There are some things about my body that will never be the same but I focus on what I can change and accept what I can’t. I work out 5 times a week and eat 5-6 small balanced meals everyday.
