MK: Over the years, one of my favorite stories to share was the night I handed up to David a latch hook pillow that I had made for him. The pillow had a likeness of his face on it. For years, for decades, I would share with people how before beginning the song, he placed the pillow on the floor. He sat crossed legged on the pillow and before starting to sing, with a sly and sexy smile, he said to the audience: “I’ve never sat on my own face before…”, he then proceeded to rock back and forth on the pillow while singing the most beautiful version of Rock n Roll Suicide! I remember, after the show, someone came and got the pillow, and I saw it in a bag with other items being carried to David’s limo. I have only one picture of the pillow. (photo in comments) I can’t help but wonder, if it is somewhere with “the collection”. Then, WOW!!!
