It seams most just settle for NOT eating things they once loved because it’s doesn’t make them feel well. Like bread, cookies, pasta and so much more. We walk around In a state of deprivation. That’s not life. Especially hear this from the moms I’m meeting who want their kids to eat well. so that means no pancakes or French toast or cookies and cake. What’s life without those small joys? What if I told you can have ALL of that and STILL be eating well? It is totally possible! . I have always stressed eating well and clean DOES NOT have to sacrifice FUN!!! I don’t and I CAN’T eat MANY things for serious health reasons. Its just re-learning the way we THInK about food and what we think we know about it. This fun delicious basket is going to some lovely new friends. It’s filled with breads, granola, and dark chocolate banana bread. None of which have #grains #gluten #refined sugars #nuts #soy #corn or #preservatives. THIS is food that is packed with superfood ingredients, resistant starches, antioxidants and love. NONE of this is bad for you. We just think it is because of what we have come to know as “bread” and “treats” these days. I must start some classes again.
