It’s the first real workout I’ve done since before I went to Aruba and to be honest I didn’t feel guilty at all about not working out for so long, but my body was craving a sweat session. In summary, it was bloody tough. I was weaker than I wanted to be and I struggled. The only things getting me through were the instructor (he was so fab) and the fact I was trying something new so I was intrigued by it all. Just a little heads up that you DO NOT HAVE TO EXERCISE EVERYDAY. Move when you need or want to and know that you’ll most likely feel better for it.
