He also “ordered” American companies “to immediately start looking for an alternative to China,” though it wasn’t clear how the President would compel any such moves by privately held businesses. The three major stock indexes — the Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500 and Nasdaq — all ended the week in negative territory, marking their fourth down-week in a row.
