Yesterday was one of those full circle moments. Just a year ago I was sitting in my car listening to @sophiaamoruso @girlboss radio dreaming of a way to enter into the world of entrepreneurship and business. I didn’t know anything or anyone- but all I knew is I wanted to learn and to build a community for the incredibly multifaceted, hardworking and resilient Asian American women all around me. Yesterday it happened. Thank you @girlboss for having me on #mentormemos to talk about mentorship- even better I got to bring on my brilliant friend @sonjarasula who has taught me so much and supported @asianamericangirlclub from the very start. Also big ups to @heymichellelee who got SO MUCH love from us both and @nehaintown (who is BASICALLY OPRAH AND GOT ME TO TEAR UP TWICE.) If there’s something you want to do in this life just START. It will lead you to where you want to go I promise. At the very least you will learn so much (good and bad) and find support in the most beautiful new friends along the way. #girlboss
