One of my top tips for managing stress and anxiety is to PLAY more and TRY new things even if I didn’t get them before. When I tried to skateboard at 15 I fell and I never felt brave enough to try and learn again. Last year my friend who is in his late 40s was skateboarding up a storm and I thought, GEEZ what’s stopping me?! So I asked him if he would show me. Now I try to skate every week! I’m not that great, but I’m enthusiastic and it makes me feel great to do something I never thought I could do! 🙌 tell me about the ways you add play and new experiences to your life?
