betsywesterton I sent my refurbished Vitamix in to have the strong smell from the motor addressed. It was sent back, but now it has a hard time blending anything-*anything*- without using the tamper. I went from being amazed to feeling like I have a sad $50 blender again. Ideas? Is there an easy way to contact someone?
