My 12th set of what was supposed to be doubles. Double turned triple turned set of 4 (spoiler alert I missed the 4th). It took me basically the entire workout to get my shit together, so the extra sets on top of the original 8 were necessary. One of those days where you kind of black out for the middle section of the lift rather than being able to really feel positions. While frustrating and annoying, it’s a good lesson in taking your time to warm up. Some days it’ll just take longer for things to start clickin. Heading out to Camp Mom & Dad in the morning in Oregon & I am PUMPED!! Ready for a super tough week of training!
