leslie_bouzou MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE airbnb en tant que hôte, réservation prise par un voyageur depuis des mois , à son arrivée il m'ecrit que tout est ok qu'il n'y a pas de problème, 1h après il fait annuler son sejour par un agent airbnb ( je perd donc les 50% des conditions modérées etablies entre nous lors de la réservation ) pour raison de chaises cassées ( par eux mm !) envoyées par photos à la plate-forme et traces de chaussure à l'entrée également de son fait ( flaques localisées et trace de piétinement ) et me laisse les poubelles de leur Mac do à l'habitation . Il a certainement trouvé moins chère en camping en cette fin de saison. Airbnb reconnaît son erreur par msg et téléphone d avoir annulé sans avoir ma version, la réservation , mais refuse de me verser les 50% qui me sont dûs et me proposent de me donner 100€ ( sur 1000 perdus par leur faute ) Je passe de service en service , ils s'excusent de leur erreur mais ne pourrons pas me rembourser. Je leur rapporte de l'argent depuis 4 ans , sans problème, avec de très bons avis. Si vous avez une maison à proposer à la location, fuyez airbnb qui ne vous aidera pas en cas de problème, mm si cela est une erreur de leur part. Que faire ? Je vais contacter plusieurs organismes pour prevenir de l'arnaque c'est certain pour le moment.

maddie_meintzer @airbnb EXTREMELY disappointed with Airbnb customer service and their misleading and fraudulent cancellation policies. We cancelled within the stated amount of time. Months later we see the charge back on our credit card and Airbnb has nothing to say for themselves and have done nothing to help resolve the issue. I will continue to leave bad reviews until this is resolved and our money is returned back on our credit card. I recommend using Vrbo or Vacasa over Airbnb. If you look online Airbnb has TERRIBLE reviews from renters and property owners.. 1.4 our of 10 rating. How is a company that treats all users so negative still in business?! Look at all the comments within Airbnb posts. SO many complaints and unhappy hosts and renters. How is A company like Airbnb still in business with such backwards business practices?? Fraudulent and backwards cancellation policies, refund policies, host policies and renter policies!

arielbarkai Tell Brian Chesky your company is bound to fail over the long term because your customer service has no idea how to handle people and no interest in solving problems for your hosts. I am in the process of leaving your platform once the 8 bookings I have in place clear. You don’t deserve to make a penny from my home. Your company is a criminal enterprise. I am gonna lobby the municipality of Tel Aviv to put restrictions on you like in Amsterdam. #airbnbdoesntgiveafuckabouttheirhosys

arielbarkai Airbnb customer support for their hosts is the worst customer support experience I have ever had in my life. It may not happen today or tomorrow or 5 years from now but eventually this company will go broke because they have no idea how to take care of the people who get them paid.
