flawlessnat There really was no justice if he was fired this is not a victory people fail to realize he can be re hired and or get another job he will still will be free living and working him getting fired do not ban him from bigger opportunities the justice would have been if he was sentenced to jail but guess what he still free and able to be a man and still work so yeah criminal justice system needs to be reformed because this is crazy smh 🙏

knotsbgone It boils down to training. The card board cut outs should be more diverse. DMVs and driver education should have more emphasis on how to behave when being pulled over. Visible hands, don’t get out of car until asked. Stay calm and non confrontational when exercising your constitutional rights. Etc etc.

drummerboy1210 Rather than looking at our police system, can we look at our culture? Why is it that these African American children are growing up fatherless without a strong sense of values. Maybe the crime rates would change, and the reason for crime would change from racism...to culture🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

beattie9626 County jails are run by proxy para-military forces that rule by violence and intimidation. There needs to be a paradigm shift in thinking how we treat human beings. Especially if they haven’t been found guilty of a crime.
