jpall5star 😂 after five kids I haven't had a good night sleep in 27 years, infant, toddler, teenagers 😂😢, and now they are all adults😂. on average 4-5hrs on good night, restless nights be lucky if I get 3 hrs. I lay there begging my body to just relax and fall asleep when that happens damnit alarm goes off, but I will say by end week my mind and body are in shutdown mode time to catch up on sleep let's sleep in until 7am, 😂 well time to stop tossing turning Sunday laundry and yardwork 🎉
