😂 after five kids I haven't had a good night sleep in 27 years, infant, toddler, teenagers 😂😢, and now they are all adults😂. on average 4-5hrs on good night, restless nights be lucky if I get 3 hrs. I lay there begging my body to just relax and fall asleep when that happens damnit alarm goes off, but I will say by end week my mind and body are in shutdown mode time to catch up on sleep let's sleep in until 7am, 😂 well time to stop tossing turning Sunday laundry and yardwork 🎉

That’s because everyone doesn’t turn of their WiFi at night + their phones are sending strong signals alll night. People rarely take and hour or two in order to decompress before bed. Warm showers, bath soaks, lighting candles or incense, eyes mask, instead they rather take a sleeping pill. 💊🙊
