How has your Monday been? Lazy like Thor’s or manic like mine? After a #digitaldetox over the weekend I’m finding it difficult to reconnect today! 😂. I have to admit, a break from social media posting over the weekends and limiting my exposure to it generally, has been working wonders over the past few weeks for my mental well being. #theaddictionisreal Social media is a wonderful tool however you need to control it rather than it controlling you! #happymondayeveryone #takecontrol #socialmediaaddict #reconnectwithnature #disconnecttoreconnect

nataliejane72 ❤️😊 Kev you are so correct and we all need to learn to disconnect from Social Media and Technology more so than Often. 💕 😉 I think Of a time as a Child and we never had all this technology consume our lives and Life was actually a breath of fresh air. 🤗 I will admit that I do post so many pictures on here but I can also do without it.....I am going to put into practice starting this week having four to five days absent from instagram and Building a Album of memories over those days and then posting them and that way I can limit my time on here, but as I said I am not consumed by this Monster we call social Media but I will always find better ways to better my Mental Health as well as Physical health. ❤️ LOVE Thor's gorgeous face and I wish everyone a good day . 😘💞
