When times get hard or you feel tired, it can be easy to give up or skip your workout.
My top tip for those tough days? Remind yourself WHY you started in the first place and imagine HOW good it will feel when you get there. There is NOTHING more rewarding that accomplishing something you worked so hard to achieve. Every tough day that you overcome will make the result feel even better! You got this!!

Is it normal to be super tired and out of breath after just the first half of the circuit I mean after 14 minutes and not able to continue. I feel I am frustrated and disappointed that I can't complete the whole 28 minutes

I don't let tiredness come in my way... What troubles me are pain.... I even ignore sources for my workouts.... But sometimes pain in muscles gets over real bad...
