kerrie_soto I am also having the same issue have been waiting now 3 weeks for my sons school trousers to be delivered. Told last Friday they had been lost and would be delivered the following day, nope. Rang again and told the order had been cancelled, re-ordered and told next day delivery, nope. Rang again and told i would get them today, nope! Got an email to say they delivery was delayed. Customer service is shocking. I will be back on the phone again tomorrow though im not holding out much hope. If i ever get the trousers it will be my last purchase @nextofficial

sambradbrook74 Awful customer service from next just now. Ordered things in the sale in July. Turned up at the store today but I’m on holiday so cannot collect. Phone the call centre told ‘store discretion’ as the whether they would hold. Put through to the store, no chance to explain just a flat no. Not very fair when ordering your given 6-8 weeks, then with no chance to collect. Lost a sale now. The order can go back and will not bother with the sale again.

rachael86b @nextofficial looking at some of your jeans online, could you clarify what xxl tall is? Does it mean extra extra long? If so what is the inside leg measurement please? I have tried to find this information on your website but couldn’t find it anywhere. Thank you

angesarahgre I would not advise using next at all. Had so many issues with them either not delivering or delivering the wrong items! It’s disgusting! Then to have someone laugh at you when you call up! Will never use them again!!!!

meeeesh_xx The service from next has been awful the last few days! What’s happened? Two orders messed up ruining birthday and holiday plans for a long term customer. Hard to use you if you can not rely upon your service
