At the farmer’s market picking groceries from our family’s favorite farmer Curtis of @haderliefarms. He makes the best bone broth I have ever had!
#bonebroth is one of my favorite foods for power and rejuvenation. 💪 It is great for muscle recovery, joint and gut health and supports collagen production (which keeps your skin looking young and fresh) because it is rich in vitamins, nutrients and important amino acids that are hard to find in foods. I always try to buy mine from a local farmer, or you can buy it frozen and heat it over the stove to sip on it between meals.

I would love to sit with you sometime and get your ideas on healthier dieting etc etc as the MRS. .had a major life scare resulting in her having to wear a life saving vest and has to completely change dieting as she has a very weak heart .
