evaingaus How about starting a foundation for women that love and are very talented at fashion related jobs- but have mental health problems that prevent them from working in that field. I know you have to be tough to be the owner, but do you have to suffer so much at mid level jobs? Why doesn’t the fashion industry that is known for burning their employees except for the few that become their best friends, do something?! People in your industry cry nearly every night when they go home- trust me, I work with these business. In NYC, it’s a known to never work at Lancôme because you’ll be chewed and spit out.

evaingaus @evaingaus hey @toryburch, why not learn some excel skills and help out the mid level employees that work til 9pm and still get bullied by their bosses. Why don’t you help the 26 year olds that get burnt out by the directors that you don’t even know, because their not C level, so you know nothing about what goes on everyday. The fashion industry is toxic and it’s terrible that a beautiful industry like this is build on the back of over stressed, crying, bullied, lied to and manipulated employees.
