laura5884 Just got 8 yesterday! I got my mom the purfect cat? I think is the name? And was finally able to pick up a couple leaves! I've been burning that thing for hours and hours! I know I'm not supposed to but it's my favorite!! However, even though yalls policy has changed which kinda sucks but I get it someone from the way up high really needs to teach 'BETH and HALEY' a lesson on how to be like the other kind bath and body employees and stop being so rude to us that make exchanges! At the Lynchburg river ridge mall in va. I talked to a really nice CS lady just last fri on Beth's behavior but obviously the message hasn't been made clear to the Beth girl for she is still hateful and rude bc I inconvenienced her w my exchange. I spent too much money online to deal w rude behavior. The manager Virginia is also telling customers you can make ONE exchange for LIFE! And that's it. Luckily, the CS lady I talked to told me the new REAL policy yall have changed over to.

ichilapunta I bought some 3 wick candle in your store,and I have three if them that they did not finish burning and the wicks don't light anymore ,I am going to go to the store to make a claim because even when they are in sale ,they are not cheap
