This week, Jay-Z solidified a deal with Roger Goodell and the NFL with one hand and wore a watch from the future on the other wrist. About that second part: Jay was wearing an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept Carbon that debuted at SIHH 2008, and retailed at the time for $309,800. See the the rarest, wildest, and most covetable watches we spotted on celebrities this week at the link in bio.

Jay-Z done more for his ppl than any other prolific black person i know, and I’m sure he’ll find a way to bring awareness to racial issues through his deal with @nfl but at the same time, the man is a business man and his responsibility is to himself and his family first and foremost. Y’all need to stop jumpin the gun. The only time I’ll see an issue with this deal is if he signed up knowing that players are still not allowed to protest

I don‘t get it. How can you spend 300k on a watch when you could improve the lives of countless others with that same amount of money. I just watched a video from nike about a sports teacher somewhere in China. They paint used tires for equipment. It‘s just absurd, man.

Jayz said keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer, learn their moves and then attack!! The Revolution will be televised! True kings don't die, they multiply.

Age hit him hard bro.... Youth hit him hard enough. But I guess you cant have the money, Beyonce, AND good looks. He'd be too powerful.

Yet there’s still a digital divide in the African American community while he peddles old hits to the white man

Sell out? So y’all want Kap to play but Jay can’t conduct business? So what does that make the black NFL players?
