Ladies, you do not need to make BIG changes to start forming healthy habits. Start SMALL. If you catch the bus to work, get off one stop early. If you always take the lift (elevator), use the stairs. It's about making little changes everyday. It's about figuring out what's achievable for YOU and being CONSISTENT. After a while, you'll be doing it without even realising!!

@slammedaway i understand what you’re saying. Like I said before.. my comment was never to body shame her or accuse her but I just don’t understand how someone that’s so healthy can look like they are malnourished. When you’re a public figure she has to understand that there’s a lot of young girls following her and that they wanna be just like her. They might even starve themselves just to look like her. I love how healthy she eats. She has shown us some nice recipes of the things she eats on a daily basis and they look so appetizing. All I’m saying is that even if you’re a twig and if you workout like that?... well You should see at least a baby muscle on those legs. I know some people have problems in gaining muscle but when it’s been years of doing these workouts at least something should pop up 🤷🏻♀️ just saying

@jrcr2134 I dunno... when I scroll down to her prepregnancy pics, I see more definition there? She mentioned losing a lot of that during pregnancy and the months following. Maybe she just doesn’t put on a lot of muscle or use very heavy weights. Most of her stuff seems to be just using body weight 🤔 but of course adding weights seems possible with most of the exercises. I’m just giving the benefit of the doubt, I don’t want to make accusations towards someone I don’t know.

I am 7mpp and my pelvis still hasn’t come back together. I tried working out and it just made things worse. Any recommendation on how to improve my core and bring it back together carefully and build that muscle back up? This is baby number three and I’ve never had anything like this happen before! @kayla_itsines

@jrcr2134 These workouts aren't strength-building, they're cardio workouts. Building muscle takes heavy weight, low reps, and a calorie surplus. Because BBG promotes lots of reps, high heart rate, light weights, etc, it's not a program that promotes hypertrophy.

Do you have the exercises for muscles separation after pregnancy? I just had my baby three weeks ago and I have muscles separation and was wondering if you have the exercises for it in your app. Thank you ☺️
