⛓️ Personally, I love the gym. For me, working out, even if it's not a heavy lift day, is therapeutic. A chance for me to pour my stress, frustrations, emotions and left over passions into a state of growth and healing. Where no matter how hard the day, or whether i feel my day of training was a success, I can go and crush a hard workout and leave with a sense of pride and accomplishment. ⛓️
