Inspired by the mission and work of @nabuorg , a new publishing network that democratizes access to literacy. Growing up not speaking English as my first language I was soooo shy to read as I did not learn to speak the language fluently until I was 7 ! I was always the little girl in the room in Australia that would stutter when asked to read out loud in class. Very grateful that I was able to have adequate education throughout my life, however there are over 250M children around the globe that do not. I am proud to be an ambassador for Nabu who are doing amazing work publishing hundreds of books for our beautiful children around the world ❤️ Follow their page to keep updated on the inspiring journey.
