He needs to learn and to grow and now he will make sure to NEVER doubt himself in the moment. This season is about people getting better. We’ve been asking for youth for so long and now we got youth and we didn’t win a pointless trophy. samuelodedele A word of advice coachie, don't use Chelsea to build someone's confidence. Chelsea is too big a team for that. He must be ready to man up and prove himself. No room for fear & no time for growing. He needs to man up quickly and prove himself asap. He does not have the luxury of time and so do you.
