I’ve had a very difficult 10 days. My mental health is taking a beating. It can be hard to talk about #mentalhealth but I do feel like the shame wrapped around it, is getting slowly unraveled. Just a simple shout out to anyone who feels alone when it’s acting up. You’re not. And there is another side you will get to. Talk. Ask for support. Ask to be loved. Or come to me anytime and leave a comment and we can all be here for each other. 🥰

Also to cope with the temporary cranium pain - I got some bangs (that rhymed😝) Sometimes it helps to look in the mirror and see a different side of yourself, when you’re at war inside yourself. 💁🏼‍♀️

furevermuse First thing this morning see my mom's latest injury, not good. I suspect is all self inflicted, another surgery. Looking into appropriate care for her. Everyday I see my son in his room, he never leaves the house does not have a life but rather does faces high functioning autism. He is a very very handsome man who is afraid of the world because the world does not respect his pure heart. Everyday my middle daughter makes it alive and not have an epileptic seizure and SUDEP is a magnificent day. She is also a beauty who must face everyday with a memory that fails her due to her meds. I have been broken for 6 years and live at doctors. What helps me get through everyday is my family, Muse, music and people like you who put it out to the world that we all face struggles. I thank you so much for your candid posts. Hang in there as these transition in your life is showing you the truth as hard is that is presently. 🤗😘💖✌

jhhobgood Winston Churchill called it the black bear. I’m comforted to know great people have battled depression & mental illness in this wonderful life that is so hard. I’m thankful for medication, music, exercise, the love of God & others, hope...those things that get us through the valleys like your 10 days. I don’t know you @carideeenglish. but I think I know you are a sweet creative soul that’s just as beautiful on the inside as out. As my Dad used to say, “take it easy”’. ❤️ from my family to yours. sweetnix.moon My mental health is also taking a beating. Last night I was so overwhelmed that my hands went numb and I burst into tears uncontrollably. I felt out of control. Today I decided to shift my focus and look toward what is most important in my life. Tomorrow, I hope to practice some self care. I don't know you @carideeenglish, but I think you are hella amazeballs.

chayairl One of the reasons you won ANTM is your natural ownership of your sense of self. People watching felt like they knew who you were, liked you a lot, wanted to be your friend, and happened to also realize you were an incredible model. You had that “everyone’s favorite girl” thing about you because you were so real. Keep keeping it real! You’re rad 👌🏻

4realdeal Thank you for sharing this. Courage does not mean that you are not afraid, it’s being afraid and facing “it” anyway. southcarolinagirl02 Caridee, I am right there with you. Half of the time I have no idea what is going on in my head. Having outside influences adding to it does not help. I know you are strong and you got this girl !!!!!! AS far as music, anything by Enya helps me relax .
