(whether it be in your 1st, 2nd or last Trimester) One thing I’ve realized that can bring us all together more is the experiences we share commonly with one another so I want to be REAL and HONEST with you. (Especially during this time for me) 🙃 It definitely has been hard to see my body CHANGE SO DRASTICALLY. I’m more exhausted daily, which has also affected my self-esteem 😓.... and at times I’ve even lost my confidence.  Pregnancy brings about some BIG CHANGES in our life and all of these feelings are completely OK. We are constantly thinking about our life, our body, our baby-to-be, our pregnancy, our labor / delivery and what the future looks like. Heck, we’re even thinking about how much we’re thinking. Ha! That’s a lot of worrying AND added stress we place on ourselves. 😫 (Why do we do this?) All of these changes going on with our mind and body just reminds me how STRONG WE REALLY ARE! (That’s really strong, and we can and ARE equipped to handle anything that comes our way, even if we have to “fight the funk”) 😤 I think about ALL of these things BUT I also think how I might miss this LIL baby bump and this short chapter in my life. I also try to remind myself - don’t wish it away too soon and embrace every season.. the good and the hard times (which is every part of life) because I know that no period in our life lasts forever.
