beckydolores @target, I love you guys but I’m more than a little frustrated. I just got home from my local target. While there I found a toy storage bin and decided to buy it for my daughter’s room. It was the last large sized bin of its kind, but was on the shelf right next to identical smaller bins waiting to be purchased. I get to the check out only to be told it couldn’t be sold to me because it’s a display item. The app on my phone said the item was in stock and in the same aisle I found it in. Customer service told me the app isn’t always accurate and the display was the only large sized bin in stock. Why was it on the shelf next to other similar items if it isn’t for sale? You’re in business to take my money in turn for the product, but yet you won’t take my money...

dcsorich1 @target...you need to have better representatives handling the help/chat portion of your website. I have been trying to place an order all day and it is not applying promotional offers. I have contacted chat support and each time, they don't know how to handle things a d refer me to different companies to call. Not to mention the fact that saying "ow sorry my bad" is not the way a customer representative of @target should speak to a customer. Very very disappointed

katherinevang75 @target please help me decorate my @habitatforhumanity home, which I will be closing in January 2020???? 🙏🙏🙏 I have no clue about interior design, maybe with the help of your star ambassadors like @chrissyteigen @hearthandhandmagnolia @chipgaines @joannagaines (fingers crossed, if only dreams came true, wishful thinking). target @terrianelliottwilson Sometimes stores become very busy. Have you tried picking a different department to get through to someone and than just telling them what it is you need so they can get to the right person?
