Very simple recipe for roasted mustard potatoes made even more savory with Flavor God Bacon Lovers Seasoning.

INGREDIENTS

3 lbs new red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp melted ghee or butter
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp @Flavorgod Seasonings Bacon Lovers Seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
1 Tbsp dried or fresh oregano
1 Tbsp dried or fresh rosemary
@Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425º F.

Grease a large rimmed baking sheet with olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl,combine the mustard, olive oil, ghee, lemon juice, garlic, and Flavor God Bacon Lovers Seasoning. Taste mixture and add Flavor God Himalayan Salt and Pink Peppercorn as needed. Finally add the quartered potatoes and toss well to coat. --
Spread the coated potatoes out on the baking sheet and sprinkle with oregano and rosemary.

Bake in center rack for about 30-35 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. For best results, flip potatoes over once with a spatula during cooking.
