@endlessenvirons They are smart, it's been 13 years. They could've made a lot of money in digital form all that time...but they waited. Not that they needed it, but it helps people get pumped up for what's coming. And truth be told they make good fucking music. One song out and they already delighted old fans and new. It's a privilege.

@maxbloodgore suffering is psychological occurring which has nothing to do with your income rather than your perception of things. Choosing between ferrari and rolls royce might be as tormenting as choosing whether to buy noodles or rice for dinner or to go to sleep earlier so that you would not feel hungry

Suffer for the Art but release the rights for streaming and jukeboxes magically when they finally release an album after a decade?
I love Tool but no one can tell me that’s accidental, gotta sell those streams, up the interest for content.
Occam’s Razor and whatnot.
Still pumped for a new Tool album.

@maxbloodgore exactly. What a waste of a band. Too bad this is gonna be the final album since Maynard wasted almost a decade and a half making everyone wait cuz he’s a stubborn jackass. Could never be a Tool fan on those grounds alone.

Lmao they suffer huh? Poor guys! It must be hard to have millions of dollars and millions of adoring fans!

@dms0321 reminds me of that south park episode where everyone has a wine glass of their own farts
