dougielister What do I know.....but if your feet are losing contact with the ground at impact how can you utilise the connection to maintain balance and consistency ?

jeff.mayer.9484 Front foot is coming back. I know you jump and dont care, but, it maybe creating a miss right at times if everything else isnt incorporated in tempo 😮
