For me Munthe's memoir (some sort of mix of memoir and fiction) reinforced the value of contributing to society and being part of something greater than ourselves. A challenge for all of us in an age where we're told having more stuff will make us more happy. I am embarrassed to post a pic with a plastic water bottle. At RWC 2015 we used them for post training BCAAs.
