edfan316 Hey, it’s another product with a review section flooded by @influenster users who got this $$$ product for free! Between @freshbeauty and the new PMG foundation, I wonder why I bother spending money on anything, because apparently THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS of product are available for free! And @Sephora don’t bother with apologizing as I know you “will pass the feedback along” to the “appropriate department” I.e. no one who cares or does anything.

debbie12ge I agree w/snappyz06 !!!! Reward system needs an update . I love the points but what you get for finally achieving the 100 point -500 point markers really isn’t much. As much as we all spend @ your store, Sephora can easily afford to step up the gifts for those point marker goals ! How about a 250 point one as well ? Step up! Be the brand that sets the bar for taking care of their LOYAL customers !! ❤️❤️❤️

elainebubu I am absolutely LOVING the new @freshbeauty Sugar Strawberry face wash. It smells like strawberry jam and the dissolving, exfoliating beads are gentle yet the perfect amount of effective and efficient. I haven’t loved a face wash like this in a LONG time!!

rosemaryallin @snappyz06 they could also allow you to redeem your points when you are purchasing like they do at Shoppers Drug Mart and their site. You can redeem points directly toward your purchase during checkout online or in store

bovvered Lately @sephora is the biggest luxury products "seller" who can't do it properly and the ppl working there should not have any contact with other ppl. Shame on you @sephora
