I had forgotten what it feels like to not have full mobility in my body, not to be able to move as usual, not being able to walk normally or sleep normally... the frustration that comes with the pain and pretty much with every activity throughout the day... AND at the same time, what it feels like to truly listen to my body, to be super mindful at every movement, of every step, of how i put my left foot on the ground adding to being, since the car crash, already super mindful of my right foot... And again, we can choose, we have the power to decide how do we want to live this situations... what a beautiful opportunity. I am, I feel truly grateful for this challenge in my life right now. I have been granted with this gift, I can relate on a much deeper level with people going or that have gone trough injuries... I had forgotten what it really feels like... it’s all there again and I’ve been talking and sharing about everything that comes with any injury with a lot of people and it’s just incredibly gratifying!
