Your answers in the comments below may be the key to someone else’s struggles, so don’t be afraid to go beyond a yes or no.
1. Do you promise to commit to yourself this week?
2. If things get tough this week, are you willing to hang on by a thread to prove to yourself that you are powerful?
3. Do you vow to take the success you have gained and apply to this week and beyond?
Life is not about constantly finishing. It’s about a very complicated continuum that YOU were built for and YOU were designed to maneuver your way through, so that, every puzzle you face in the future becomes just a little bit easier to solve! SIMPLY because you never gave up on the puzzle before!

Shaun T: you are amazing! I just finished day 1 of my transformation! 1. I absolutely promise to commit to myself this week. I haven’t committed to myself in fitness since my son had emergency appendectomy when he was in 7th grade. We just dropped him off for his freshman year of college yesterday. It’s time for me to stop finding other things to focus on before my fitness. 2. Things will get tough this week, because they always get tough. There is always an excuse - but no more. I am powerful, and with your help, I will make it through all the workouts of week 1 on time! Let me tell you that I was so tired when I got home today, and my daughter and her BFF were watching a movie. I walked in and told them they wouldn’t be able to finish it because I was going to workout. They didn’t complain even though it took me much longer than I planned to get to the workout. I had several opportunities to take a nap, but I didn’t. I won’t stop - this is my new habit! 3. I absolutely vow to take the success of today and apply it to tomorrow. I haven’t decided if I’ll workout before work or after - I typically do better in the mornings, but I would have to get up incredibly early in order to get it done. I succeeded in working out after work today. I can do it again tomorrow.

The power stance at the beginning is EVERYTHING! I’m a dance teacher/choreographer & sometimes when the mods is off in a studio I have my kids stand in front of the mirror like this & tell them to get their fire back. I tell them “When you don’t feel confident...stand confident & take it back!”

Yes I’m ready!!! It’s been a rough patch for me... but your puzzle analogy hits home! Life isn’t a straight shot there are lots of complications and “tests” along the way- it’s how you handle them that make you STRONGER and a better person! @shaunt thank you for never letting us give up!

1) Absolutely I will! 2) Ugh I will cuss scream and yell-but it will get done. It might not be pretty, but it will be consistent and that’s what matters. 3) YES-the struggle makes me stronger in all areas of my life. I want to help as many others as possible feel that strength.

I Lisa do solemnly sweat to commit to myself even if things get tough. To hang on by a thread because I am powerful! I vow, promise, swear to take pride in what I’ve gained and apply it to every waking day until my watch has ended.
