marisabelterry Tjmaxx has the worst online customer service. I’ve had bad experiences multiple times. The latest: my order didn’t come complete even though the receipt was in the box the items were not. Items show as delivered on their website. Their answer?? I have to wait 10 days before I can get my money refunded. So in the meantime my items are no longer available. I don’t get the items I selected and can’t get my money back for 10 days. So punish the customer? Good plan @tjmaxx
