slag03.pty @theofficialpandora yesterday I stopped by to a store because I lost the backing of one of my earrings. The sales representative told me they don't sale replacements and I will have to buy the whole new set of earrings. I asked if using a different one will void warranty she said no. Guess what... I now have an earring stock on my ear because the backing I used didn't fit properly and now I will have to probably cut the earring. So a suggestion from a customer that owns a lot of Pandora Jewelry...please sale earrings backings separately.Thank you

milana430 The safety chain of Reflexions collection is a joke. During a special occasion, wearing a short sleeve attire in the end of the evening noticed one of the chains came off hanging (broken). Had it only for three months. The store told me that it's my fault. Of course I understand that it's because of a physical impact. But if it's that delicate that you don't even notice it break, then it should not cost 50 euros. Because it looses the meaning of a safety chain. Breaks easily and you'll loose your bracelet anyway. So don't bother buying it.

milana430 @theofficialpandora Hi. Thank you for your reply. I already did. The advice was to fix it myself by taking it to a repair service anywhere I like. It's not a charm with crystals, where the crystals fall out and you can tell it's a defective item. That's what the manager told me. Anyway, quite disappointing as I have so many items from your brand which I love and handle with care. I think the most disappointing part is that I never had such an issue with any silver piece.

fallongirl1985 So frustrated with the quality lately. I have not had these issues with trollbeads products. The clasp on my loved locket bracelet broke on me while I was out at church today. I was not being rough nor did it get caught on anything. I almost lost all of my Disney beads which are retired. I am so disappointed
