Today, Cpl. Stewart Rembert with @2ndmlg_marines reunited with the man who saved his life as a child, @FBI Special Agent Troy Sowers, at his retirement ceremony.
Rembert was kidnapped as a baby from a Tacoma, Washington hospital by a woman who impersonated a nurse. He was found by Agent Sowers in a box behind a dumpster. "Getting my Eagle, Globe and Anchor was the best thing that happened to me and it wouldn't have been possible if I wasn't found." - Cpl. Rembert

Workouts are going great, some are hard to get through. Anyway, you have workouts hard over the years. Why havent u ever looked as big, muscular, and cut like the fitness model guys, one in particular like greg plitt who was a ranger? Not your genetics? Not what your training is designed to achieve? To much cardio? Didnt eat to get that big? A lot of military guys dont look like models but are way more healthy. Is it drugs? I just get fascinated on how they dont work near as hard as u guys do in some if your workouts, yet they have top physiques. Why?

Agent Sowers, you made a huge difference in this young man’s life and that is his family. Helping others is so very rewarding especially when you get to see that impact you’ve made. Sempre Fi
