AIRBNB SUCKS! we booked an accomodation, when we arrived the host gave us a fake phone number, and a fake address. We called the Costumer service and we were put on hold first for 23 minutes, then for 52 and the again for 42, we never managed to talk to a physical person. We even sent an emergency message and nobody got back to us. After 4 hours we finally managed to get in touch with the costumer service and they were of no help. We had to book an emergency accomoddation by ourself at 2 in the morning and they refused to refund the price difference between their fake accomodation and the new one. IS THIS HOW YOU CARE FOR YOUR COSTUMERS?

Your platform is not user friendly, the support center does not help us in anyway at all. Instead, the team are mocking us and refusing to provide even a little bit of assistance. What type of service is this? Is this how you should treat your users? Airbnb needs to vet their hosts and maintain higher standards: our Airbnb had no lock on the back door which opened to an alley behind a bar. We waited three hours for our host to respond before checking into a motel to put our kids to bed. The host’s response to canceling our reservation: “Go fuck your self”. Screenshot sent to Airbnb and Airbnb still doesn’t care. We are out $1040.
Don’t ruin your vacation with Airbnb!
