My daughter is 25 and has been trying to get pregnant for over a year. I went with her last week to hear the doctor say she does have PCOS ..... and Both Ovaries are enlarged with clusters of cyst on both. Her progesterone level is .01 and it needs to be a 10 :( and to top it off her husband has very low counts also ! She’s cried for months. All of her friends on social media are announcing their pregnancies.. they gave her a 10% chance of becoming pregnant. They are fixing to start her on progesterone , testosterone and a fertility pill. If that doesn’t work she will have to see a fertility specialist. They told her if she WAS to become pregnant right now ,she would more then likely have a miscarriage because her progesterone-is so low :( 🙌 please send so prays to God for my baby girl. @kelsie_deanna_13

Well described Claire. Those 2 weeks really feel like years. And miscarriages are still so taboo. Which is sad because when it happens to you, you feel so alone. When you start talking about it, you realize it happened to a lot of women... which is not happy but brings you some support. Anyway, my husband and i have been trying for 2 years and thanks to a hormonal treatment i got pregnant twice. Sadly, both of those pregnancies ended in early miscarriages. I keep hope that this adventure, which sometimes is such a dark one, will end with a victory. Best of luck to all women and couples that are trying to conceive and had to face miscarriages. Hang in there. You're not alone. 🍀

@claireholt This is amazing. I wish I had this when I was going through fertility treatment. I had difficulty getting pregnant with my second child and was on fertility treatment for two years after FINALLY getting pregnant with insemination (he’s 16 now). I hated the waited game. Buying pregnancy test after pregnancy test for two years was horrible. I have so much sympathy for those going through this. I was lucky enough to get pregnant. But many, like my sister, go through years and years and still do not get pregnant. It’s just awful 😞

@claireholt This is absolutely AMAZING STUFF!! Me and my husband were lucky, I fell pregnant within about 3 months of trying. I used a thermometer to track my temperature and that helped us out with the window. One of these bracelets would be great for next time! I don’t know if they’re available in New Zealand though? 😍 I’ve got close friends who tried for over 2 years and have finally got their darling babies so I’d love for this to come here!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😍😍😍

I could’ve used this about 15 yrs ago when we were trying. We tried for almost 6 yrs. Then we tried to adopt and nothing planned out for us. Plunged ourselves into debt. I was an emotional mess for a long time. I still struggle with the fact that I couldn’t become a parent like I always dreamed of. Thankfully my husband had a son from his previous marriage. Because of that boy I not only became a stepmom but also a grandma.

It took 7 interuterine inseminations to have our two beautiful children. It was so devastating not being able to conceive naturally and I often felt like a failure bc it was the one thing my body should be able to do. :( I’m so happy to hear that they are researching bc it’s not easy for us. 10 years later I learned I had SLE Lupus and that was one of the factors to me not being able to conceive. ❤️❤️
