I've never seen such a poor customer service out of all companies that I dealt with. I ordered a laptop and you state it will take 1.5 months to ship the item as it's currently not in stock. You have bothered to take my money real quick but when it comes to delivery you sure take your time. I could have gotten a Dell or HP within a week of ordering, those guys actually bother delivering things on time. I have dealt with your customer sales team to only be given the run around (6/7 times) asked to speak to a supervisor/manager for the 3rd time ,each time being promised that he'll reach out but alas, no surprise and no hope with you guys!

Hey Lenovo
I was sold a computer without guarantee ay one of your authorized resellers in colombia, which I only found out a month later when the charger stpped working. I have been trying to get hold of the store and customer service eveer since but NO ONE ever got back to me. I want you to reimburse the cost of the charger and i want a renewed guarantee for my laptop - or a new laptop. thanks for your quick response

So it's been two days since your engineer visited !! He has packed up that scrap system and has kept it aside !! I was not able to use a laptop after buying it, now how many more should I wait for you people to bloody contact and ask what's next, I sent email there is no reason. I want refund I can't deal with you shit company anymore !! #lenovosucks

I ordered in March. Ship date was delayed several times and it finally came in July. I worked with tech support for days trying to fix it. So many hours wasted. Now I’m told I’m out of luck on a new machine. I paid for a working machine. I shouldn’t have to go through all this trying to repair it.
