kcerasai One of the best analogies I've found when it comes to mental health. Those waves aren't going anywhere, they are natural, and they react to different scenarios over time. (Some waves are bigger, or smaller). But those waves aren't going anywhere. Just like my PTSD, depression and anxiety. But I can utilize the tools given from my support and hard won efforts in seeking help over the years, and I can do the best I can with that. [Now I just want to be able to surf physically without following down. Water is so damn fickle, lolz] Thank you for posting this. It means a lot that you are posting something very important, than many overlook or have no clue about. Raising awareness is key. ❤️

sealestial Thank you for this and being an advocate for mental health. When things feel especially dark, as they have been, sometimes I think of you and your work to end the stigma and I remember it’s ok to keep searching for support and help because im not the only one fighting a hard battle.. and help is out there..

aolmsted @dimpythapar Thank you. Unfortunately one of the reasons is because I’m losing my childhood home and my family could be homeless soon. Long story, but it is what it is. The other is my job, but I can’t afford to leave it right now....mainly because I’m trying to find a way to NOT be homeless.

iancraigedmonds Hey, I had a great day on Monday, I stopped a shoplifter but I got dumped by my girlfriend, I like women who's fabulous, wonderful, stunningly pretty etc, and also who I can chat with and have a laugh with too I also know friends are earned not bought can we be friends with each other

dimpythapar @aolmsted be strong and get rid of the reason which makes you sink, job, money, friends, relations all these can be gained again but not life. just take care of your health and soul.
