Not the best pic of me but had another consultation with my fave doctor in the world! @thejuanuribe checking up on my neck. Unfortunately I have the neck of a 60 year old. The first fusion healed perfectly. But I developed another hernia above it after my match in Uniondale. It didn’t get better over time.. One more surgery. 🙏🏻

He actually got the Medtronics company to donate an artificial disc for my neck because he didn't wanna fuse my neck, he said I was too young to have that kind of limitation put on me!! When he did that I was floored!! Such an AMAZING guy!!! That was 10 years ago, I have full movement and NO issues with my neck!! He got a $25,000+ piece of equipment at that time WHAT other Dr would do that??!! Just Uribe!! Sucks he left Tampa but glad he's doing well!!

daut8131977 Saraya I broke my neck catching a crowd surfer at a concert and after a c4 to c7 fusion and a disc replacement surgery in December I'm still not 100%. I hope you feel better soon and your surgeon and doctor help you get back to who you were prior to your injury. I wish you and myself a pain free life, let's just hope somebody up there is listening.

therealbattlestar You need to do neck exercises with light weight to build it up around it Kurt Angle hurt his neck and religiously does it you will not have a huge neck you have more estrogen than testosterone it will just strengthen it especially needed after a second surgery essential can't just let it heal on it's own tou need therapy and exercise.👏

raj__lal I got a lot of herniated disks in my neck too..Im prob going to have a fusion surgery also @realpaigewwe glad to hear your first one went well. Good luck. Wishing I a speedy recovery. Cheers.
