When Glossier launched in 2014, we were a tiny-yet-mighty team of 15. Today we are 200+ people strong, across offices in New York, Montreal, and London, building a new kind of beauty company from the ground up. Who are we? Well, a lot of us began like you: as customers. And we'd like for you to get to know us a little better—what we do, where we come from, and what we're excited about.

aaanais I hope one day y’all can create a more soothing and intimate irl experience. When I first planned on visiting the NYC showroom, I envisioned a relaxing skin care sanctuary. The reality was hordes of people and it was too loud/busy to ask any employee for advice, or to even play around with the products in peace. Major anxiety trigger! 💔 I’ve gone back 2x after that, only to grab exactly what I need, as fast as possible.

wendywhatling Hi @glossier loved my experience at your NY store, my products too. Was a bit shocked by the amount of packaging however....especially the PLASTIC! 😱 Surely new fashionable brands should be setting an example and caring more for our planet 🌎 would love to hear from you. kaaylanoel ahhh!! this is what I want to do. I study architecture and this is my final year of my graduate program! i’ve always wondered who was behind creating these amazing spaces and this is definitely what I want to be involved in post graduation. thank you for sharing!!
