A few incredible stills my friend @_brettburch took. Laying with myself for the first time looking through the trip so far. There is so much going on inside of me. Sometimes trying to retain all of the Information can feel like a lot for me. I get stressed and overwhelmed and feel like I can’t keep up, or that I don’t know enough. Then, I remember I’m here to connect and grow with nature. I’m here to listen and receive. Im here to see in person what’s really going on so when I come home I can do something about it. When you spend time out there you see the gifts of these beautiful animals, and they show you yours. Finding your gifts allows you to show up in life and give back to all that’s given to us. We are all these perfect imperfections just trying to survive. It’s all connected, there’s always more going on inside than what’s seen on display. Animals are my greatest teachers. They remind me that I’m my own individual creature and I don’t need to be anything else. There’s a lot of upsetting things I’ve been seeing that bring me such great anger but... I know if we all show up as ourselves and truly our authentic selves, we’ll see that what the worlds been missing is YOU. The world needs you. 🧡
