Well, it certainly wouldn’t be sport without having its ups and downs. Unfortunately, I bowed out of the Pan American Games yesterday, where I lost 3:4, 9-11 in the seventh to Brazil in the Women’s Singles Quarterfinals and then we lost 3:4 to Puerto Rico in the Women’s Doubles Finals. It’s really heartbreaking and disappointing to have come so close and not taken it, but props to our opponents for a well-fought match. Nonetheless, we are unbelievably proud and honored to have taken home a silver medal 🥈 for Team USA! Now it’s time to regroup and focus on the Women’s Team event starting tomorrow - ready to fight harder than ever! 💪🇺🇸 #lima2019 #PanAmericanGames2019 #TeamUSA
